1. What are your business hours? Well, since I work out of my home, and am a wife and mother, they are whatever the kids and husband let me have. Actually, they are by appointment only. We cannot take drop-ins as we might be in the middle of a session, taking an online seminar, or having family time.
2. If I want a family portrait, do I have to come to the studio? No, we do most of our family portraits on location. Many are in parks, in homes, the beach, or at events that we are covering. Studio portraits are available for those who want a studio-style background. The formality of the session will depend on the wardrobe of the group.
3. Do you charge extra for extra people? No, I don’t. I have one price for the single person session and multi-person session. Most sessions are over in an hour, and we do charge extra for extra time or extra locations. Why, not? Because we want to encourage families to include everyone in their extended families. It’s just good business.
4. Do you have payment plans? Yes, we do. However, no photos will be delivered until the entire balance is paid in full.
5. Why do I have to come to the studio to see the photos? Well, since we cannot have any control of the monitor you will be viewing the photos with, you will not be seeing the images as they were intended. Many variables exist between computers, tv’s, and other devices. Also, if there are changes you want to try, we can only do them here; for instance, perhaps you want to see the image in Black and White or in Sepia, or in our Tinted version.
